LED based Aviation Obstruction Lamps symbolizes Innovation,

as buildings, towers, windmills and chimney are the

but at the same time become hazardous obstacles for
Air Traffic. To prevent the accidents and to navigate
the Aircraft Pilots, The national and international
authorities related to Civil Aviation recommends the
different types of Lamps to be installed at different
heights of the structures, which are above 45 meters
from ground level.

According
to these technical guidelines, SUPERNOVA Electronics of Nashik,
India an ISO 9001-2000 company developed the state of the
art Aviation Obstruction Lamps. Super bright Light Emitting
Diodes (LED) of highest luminous intensity output are utilized
in these lamps to render long life service and also economical
in comparison with earlier incandescent lamps. Along-with
the long life, our lamps are energy saver, robust and rugged
for the outdoor utility and works faithfully in diverse climatic
conditions.
The
lamps not only are robust, rugged but also aesthetically better,
light in weight and easy to install. The base of lamp is made
up of environment friendly LM6 aluminum alloy casting. The
dome of the lamp is of Red transparent Polycarbonate. The
lamps confirm ICAO, FAA standards for luminous intensity and
to IP65-IEC 60947 ingress protection. The lamps are available
in two models, Type 'A' Steady burning L-810 and Type 'B'
flashing L-864. The control circuitry is also developed to
operate these lamps automatically in AC/DC mode as required.
In the DC operated lamps, the battery backup facility can
be added in the control circuitry.
